Welcome
Reaching the final of Masterchef 2007 was a rollercoaster of emotion, with huge highs and lows, but I loved every minute and learnt a huge amount. I owe a great deal to John and Gregg who had faith in my ability when I did not believe in myself. Since competing on the programme my life has changed considerably. I now write cookery columns for two magazines, give cookery demonstrations and am just working on my 13th cook book - unlucky number for some but not for me!!! I love all forms of country cooking, using seasonal and locally sourced produce. This blog is to enable me to share with you a few of my recipes and baking ideas. Enjoy Hannah xxxx

We're watching the show now and ooh just noticed you both in the background! Am sure your cake is going to look incredibly delicious. :)
I've made a note to watch while I have my lunch tomorrow.
And well done your hens - isn't it fun woking out which hen laid each egg!

Oh, I shall have to keep my eye out for you! I hope we get more of a glimpse of you than there was of me when I was on the show. Blink and miss it! That was me! I guess I missed the night time performance so will have to get my Todd to tape it today at noon as I shall be at work. XXOO
Well done! at least you got to show off your upside-down cake (and the upside-down book witticism!).
What did Steven cook for the show?
