Welcome
Reaching the final of Masterchef 2007 was a rollercoaster of emotion, with huge highs and lows, but I loved every minute and learnt a huge amount. I owe a great deal to John and Gregg who had faith in my ability when I did not believe in myself. Since competing on the programme my life has changed considerably. I now write cookery columns for two magazines, give cookery demonstrations and am just working on my 13th cook book - unlucky number for some but not for me!!! I love all forms of country cooking, using seasonal and locally sourced produce. This blog is to enable me to share with you a few of my recipes and baking ideas. Enjoy Hannah xxxx

Gosh, I remeber that book! My Nana had it at her house! I hate wasps so good job it wasn't me in your kitchen
I still have that book too! My grandchildren love it!
When will your book be out Hannah?
snowy
This summer I discovered those fake paper wasp nests. I have 2 hung on my patio and since wasps are territorial I have not been plagued by even a single wasp...go figure:D
Ohh, I do have to say that I am terrified of wasps and those HUGE French Hornets that manage to find their way and hop across the channel. We are surrounded by apple orchards here at our cottage and so they are quite a common pest here and I keep my Todd hopping and chasing them out of the house!!!
I have never sen that book about the jam sandwich but will look it up for my grandsons!
Also has a wasp nest near our kitchen... for the time being all windows are closed!
Go Hannah .... go! Only a little bit more than a few recipes to do!!
The recipe I tested was amazing!!! Just had another piece!
oh, that was one of my favourite books too and I had forgotten all about it!
