This weeks Hello Magazine has a Christmas food supplement which features two of my books - 10 whole pages of recipes written by me! How super lovely is that. They even describe me as a "Baking expert" - what an honour!
I bought your gluten free book a few days ago, and made my first recipe from it today (choc chip cookies).
They were really delicious, and the first tasty homemade gf cookies I've had in years. I think the almond meal really improves the taste and texture compared to other recipes.
The use of commercially available flour blends makes the recipes realistic for a quick Friday afterschool treat for the kids.
Thanks! from Sydney, Australia.
P.S. I had watched Masterchef, and read your blog but bought your book without realising it was the same Hannah. What a lovely surprise!
Firstly - thanks for your lovely post from Syndey, Australia - it amazes me to think that my little book is on sale so far away. I am so glad you liked the cookie recipes and hope that you enjoy the rest of the book
Thanks too Sadie for your lovely comments as always - hope you are well and have a lovely weekend
Hannah! So delighted to find your blog! I am a foodie myself (and lawyer to be acctually) and love masterchef. Me and my hubbie followed you through the rollercoaster you were though and just loved your food and dedication! You were the kind of contestor that one remembers your very first masterchef menue from!
Anyways, as a surprise the hubby bought me two of your lovley baking books for christmas - I had no idea you'd gone into publishing! Such a nice surprise!
I am now impressing my family, colleagues, neighbours and my band with your amazing recepies! :D
All the best for you and your family for the holidays, and many thanks for spreading your knowledge and creativity! :)
