My gluten free book is now available to buy in the shops and on Amazon - all very exciting! The book is featured (4 pages - can you believe it?!!!) in this month's Good Food magazine which is out now - with recipes for the lemon caramel cake, gluten free choux pastry, banana and brazil nut cake and amaretto crumble - yum yum!

    Am really enjoying working through The Gluten-free Baker. Made the 'coconut & pumpkin power bars' yesterday. Yummy taste but are not holding together - probably because I used corn oil as a substitute for coconut oil which I can't get hold of. Any suggestions as to what might make a better substitute?
