Today I can give you a quick sneak peak of my lovely Gluten Free book - The Gluten Free Baker - which is just about to go to print! I am so, so thrilled with the wonderful pictures that Megan, Joss and William have taken and I really hope that this will give people suffering from Coeliac disease some nice new recipes to try! It is a book that I am very proud of - achieving puff pastry and bagels that work without gluten was no mean feat I can tell you - I am sure Heston would be proud of my lower bagels into a jug of boiling water on a spoon technic! Out in August 2011 and available to pre order on Amazon now - plug plug!
Congratulations on yet another huge achievement. You work so hard on all these books and deserve great success. As someone related to many people who can't eat gluten, I for one will be spreading the word about your book and will get some copies as presents. Thank you for doing this. Aoife x
Hello, Hannah! I'm here just to say that I'm from Brazil and I found your book "the big book of cakes and cookies" and god it's SO AMAZING! I ain't good in the kitchen but it really inspired me to try to cook. So, congratulations! Kisses Nadine.
I am so excited about this book. Gluten free baking is not an easy accomplishment! I have been longing for a book like this for some time! So far my gluten free baking has been not so exciting to say the least, with any disapointments and I do so long to make tasty baked goods again! My friends wax lyrical about your Big Book of Cakes - So I just know this will be wonderful too. Many thanks (I am off to pre order now!) Lydia
Looks good. As a coeliac I'm always on the look out for new recipes and those muffins look gorgeous! Love the sound of the bagels, I've yet to try recreating them myself
