Hi Hannah, Horse groom james here...actually after some advice. I'm catering a proper high tea for a wedding in june and have opted amongst other things to make carrot cake with an orange buttercream and a tangy lemon cake. I've had this idea to make individual cakes in flowerpots ( a bit like flowerpot bread ) but wondered a) have you ever baked cakes in flowerpots and does it work? and b) do you know of a good supplier of sugar flowers to decorate the tops...hope you can help!
